The double-motor and dual-controller electric power distribution system has two motors and two controllers that can realize independent control and operation respectively, which is highly reliable and easy to maintain.
2. Super Capacity Battery Array;
Equipped with super capacity battery array, this battery forklift truck can work for a longer time and is more durable.
3. Separately Excited DC Motor Control System;
The separately excited DC motor control system can achieve anti-slide function when parked on ramps, the function the traditional series excited motor control system cannot achieve. The current fluctuation of battery and motor will be reduced greatly, and the running speed cannot be changed with the loads.
4. Hydraulic Dynamic Load Sensing Technique (HDLT);
Adopting the advanced hydraulic dynamic load sensing technique, the new type integrated load-sensing steering gear can achieve single pump shunt to make the whole hydraulic system of the forklift more efficient and energy saving.
5. Intelligent Protection System of the Electric Control
