Hello, we purchased cranes from Varhaegh Trading B.V.. Once they received a full payment they asked me an additional payment which is out of our contract I used to call them unfortunately they were not responding to me, I texted to them and told them our lawyers will interfere this issue if they don't ship our cranes, after a long discussion and headache finally the cranes had been shipped. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
